Need a different size? The right size is essential to get the perfect fit, and we’re happy to make that happen. Use our Return Portal to generate a return label free of charge using your original order number. Once we receive your return, we’ll send your new item right away — no hassle, no stress.

Need a refund? No problem. We want you to be happy with your purchase — and if you aren’t, we’re here to make it right. Use our Return Portal to generate a return label free of charge using your original order number. Once we receive your items, we’ll issue your refund. Unless otherwise noted, Last Call or Clearance sale items are not eligible for returns. Note: we are unable to issue return labels for orders originating outside of the United States, including APO/FPO/DPO mailings. Please contact help@shepland.com for more information.

International Return? We currently do not offer free returns/ exchanges for orders outside of the U.S. To complete an international return you can still complete the form on our returns portal and will need to use your own label. We look forward to offering more options soon!
